At Union Binding Co., we stand behind the quality of our bindings and gear; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused bindings in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, tools, and manuals are included in the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
